HOW TO ORDER

Whether you're an experienced buyer or placing your first packaging order, this guide will walk you through each step of the process.

1. Choose a Configurator

We offer two configurators to match your packaging needs:

  • MAZUS Box Configurator – Ideal for creating custom packaging from scratch. Choose FEFCO or ECMA standards, enter your dimensions, and personalize every aspect including material, color, printing, and special effects.
  • Box Production From Existing Die-Cuts – A faster and more economical option if you prefer to use one of our pre-made cutting dies. Simply select a layout, choose your material, color, printing preferences, and special effects, enter the quantity, and receive instant pricing.

Both configurators provide real-time pricing and guide you through the order process step-by-step.

2. Customize Your Packaging

Once you've selected your configurator and box type:

  • Use the Box Configurator to choose a box model that fits your needs – we support FEFCO and ECMA standards.
  • Enter your box dimensions (length × width × height in mm). The configurator automatically adjusts the layout and calculates material use based on your inputs.
  • Select the material type (corrugated, paperboard, etc.), material grade (e.g., E-flute, B-flute), and material color (e.g., brown, white, or custom).
  • Choose print location:
         1. Outside
         2. Inside
         3. Both sides
         4. Limited artwork on selected areas
         5. All-over printing
  • Add special effects such as lamination, foil, or UV varnish if desired.
  • Set the quantity you need.

The configurator will show your total price in real time, including all production and material costs.

When ready, add the product to your cart and complete the purchase.

3. Download the Dieline Template

After checkout, you will gain access to a dieline template (cutting guide) tailored to your box configuration. You can find this file in your account or order summary.

4. Prepare Your Design

With the dieline file, you can:

  • Create your own print-ready artwork
  • Or request professional design support from our team

If you choose to design yourself, follow our Design & Artwork guidelines for best results.

5. Upload Your Design & Preview

Once your design is ready:

  • Log into your MAZUS account
  • Upload your artwork to the respective order
  • Instantly preview your box in 3D based on your uploaded design

6. Design Review & Confirmation

Our team will:

  • Check the dieline and artwork for print readiness
  • Contact you if any corrections are needed
  • Send a confirmation request once everything is approved

7. Approval & Production

When you confirm the final version:

  • We begin manufacturing your packaging
  • You will receive production updates via email

8. Delivery

After production is complete:

  • Your order will be delivered by UPS or another courier
  • Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange your own courier service for pickup
